摘 要: 职业倦怠是近年来困扰高校教师的突出问题。关注组织支持感与教师职业倦怠的关系,分析研究高校教师出现职业倦怠的根源,提出相应的的组织应对策略。 Teaching burnout is an outstanding issue which is puzzling teachers in universities and colleges for years.The article analyses the relations between perceived organization support and teaching burnout,researches on the causes of teaching burnout and puts forwards some organizational strategies of dealing with teaching burnout.
