摘　　要： 文章比较详细地分析了地下金融的积极作用和消极作用,指出对于地下金融的管理应当既有疏又有堵,并把两者有机结合起来,对于人们正确了解地下金融有一定的帮助。 Underground finance is also called non-governmental financial organization or irregular financing,which is based on individual credit and is driven by maximum economic interest.It can play both active and negative roles,so governments should allow its existence and exercise some control over its activity.
