摘 要: 在现代教育生活中,多元主体之间的让步与妥协,是解决教育制度变革过程中的争端与分歧、阻力与障碍,推动教育制度变革的重要机制。同时,在教育制度变革过程中,仅有妥协机制是远远不够的,教育制度变革的顺利开展还需要稳定、可靠的妥协程序。 In modern education, compromise among multiple stakeholders is an important mechanism to settle disputes and disagreement, remove resistance and obstacle, and promote development in the process of educational institutional reform. Also in this process, compromise mechanism alone is not sufficient. The smooth development of educational institutional reform also requires stable and reliable compromise procedures.
