摘 要: 介绍了美国制冷协会(ARI)关于制冷机组性能测试的两个标准(550/590-92和550/590-98)的主要内容,并讨论了这两个标准的主要变化以及如何影响冷水式制冷机组的性能.同时,通过建立合适的物理模型,用大型的商业水冷式制冷机组的现场测试数据比较了两个标准下的综合的部分负荷值(IPLV),在新标准ARI550/590-98下的NLPV(4.42)要比旧标准ARI550/590-98下的(4.30)大2.8%左右,验证了ARI550/590-98下制冷机组部分负荷评价的合理性. The main content of two performance test standards(550/590-98 and 550/590-92)that are established and revised by America Refrigeration Institute(ARI)was introduced.The chief changes of these two standards and how these standards influence the performance of the chillers were discussed.Furthermore,under the two standards the comparison on integrated part load value(IPLV)was made in this paper through reasonable physical modeling and according to the field data of large-scale water chiller.It indicated that the IPLV under 550/590-98 is 2.7% more than that under 550/590-92 at the same conditions,which had validated the reasonability of IPLV appraisal of water-chiller under the new standard 550/590-98.
