摘　　要： 绿色施工是实现绿色建筑的重要环节,是建筑施工发展的必然趋势。相对于传统施工经济性差的障碍,影响了绿色施工在中国建筑业的顺利推广。基于实施绿色施工的客观需求,文中侧重从业主和承包商的角度出发,阐述了不同阶段各项目相关利益主体工程造价管理的具体活动及内容,分析了目前存在的认识不够深入、政策引导不够理想、评价机制欠缺等问题,并给出了相应的改进方向和对策,可为相关单位开展实践工作提供一定的帮助和参考。 Green construction is the important part of the realization of green building and it is the certain direction of construction.Relative to the conditional construction,the favorable promotion in Chinese construction industry is prevented for its worse economical effect.Based on the external need to practice green construction,such work as followings have been done in this paper: emphasized particularly from the different point of the owner and the constructor,the concrete activity and matter of each principal part correlative in benefit of the project during the cost management in different stage are discussed,the currently existing problems of understanding not embedded and policy leading not well and evaluation mechanism not sufficient are analyzed,and the corresponding promoting direction and countermeasure are set forth,which can provide some useful reference and help for correlative departments in their practical work.
