摘 要: 随着企业国际化发展,我国中小跨国公司逐渐增多,加强对中小跨国公司海外子公司的有效控制日显重要。这即要求应健全相应的责任、选拔、激励、监督等机制,以及有效推进海外经营地人才的本土化建设等。 There are more and more small and medium multinational corporations with international development of China s enterprises,and it becomes more important to regulate overseas subsidiary parts of these corporations.So it is required to establish some relavent personnel management systems,such as selection,responsibility,encouragement,supervision,etc,and also,it is necessary to enhance the building of regional personnel.
