摘　　要： 家族企业产权模式对家族企业初期的发展发挥了十分重要的作用,但随着家族企业规模的不断扩大,其产权模式的弊端也日益显露,表现为股权高度集中在家族手中的现状不利于企业自身的发展。受利益机制的驱使,家族企业产权制度出现了较强的创新动力,但也存在一些阻碍因素,如创新主体制约、环境约束等。因此,家族企业在实现产权结构多元化的过程中,要充分发挥创新主体与国家的作用。 The model of family firm property right plays an important role in the development of family firm at the beginning.But with the enlargement of its scale,the fault of the model of property right such as highly intensive stock ownership structure of family is increasingly appearing,which is not beneficial to its development.The family firm property right system shows stronger motivation of innovation owing to the drive of benefits.At the same time,there exists some impeding factors such as the limitations of ...
