摘　　要： 在工业化初期,因为相近的社会经济环境和指导思想,中苏两国制订实施了基本一致的粮食政策,从而产生了某些相同的结果以及类似的严重后果。但由于我国对苏联经验教训的借鉴与党和政府施政考虑角度的差异,在征购价格及工农业产品价格比、征购率和所采取的征购手段、方法等具体操作上与苏联有所不同。 Because of the similar social and economic circumstance,the Chinese and USSR government at the beginning of their industrialization adopted similar grain policies which both resulted in serious consequences.However,with the lessons learned from USSR the Chinese government readjust their policy.
