摘 要: 研究了四烷铵络合碘和聚维酮碘对球形棕囊藻赤潮生物的灭杀和控制作用.四烷铵络合碘对球形棕囊藻有显著的抑制和杀灭作用,当起始藻细胞密度为1.5×106/mL时,低于15mg/L的四烷铵络合碘溶液对球形棕囊藻有一定的抑制作用,高于25 mg/L的四烷铵络合碘溶液对球形棕囊藻有显著的杀灭作用.四烷铵络合碘的最低有效质量浓度为25 mg/L.聚维酮碘对球形棕囊藻灭杀作用不显著,且用量偏大.四烷铵络合碘对藻的杀灭效果明显优于聚维酮碘,四烷铵络合碘具有高效、低毒安全、药效期长等优点,是一种较理想的除藻剂. This paper dealt with the removal and control of Phaeochystis globosa by siwananluohedian and povidone-iodine.The results showed that siwananluohedian could effectively kill and control the algae.When the algae,with the density of 1.5×10~6 mL^(-1),was exposured to siwananluohedian below 15 mg·L^(-1),it was inhibited,and eliminated under siwananluohedian concentration above 25 mg·L^(-1).The results showed siwananluohedian is much more effective in kill and control the algae than povidone-iodine.It was found ...
