摘　　要： 阐述了高强度钢和超高强度钢的切削加工特点,同时阐述了高强度钢和超高强度钢铰削、钻削、铣削加工时刀具材料、刀具几何参数及切削用量的合理选择。 The cutting process of high strength steel and super-high strength steel is very difficult due to its great cutting force, its high cutting temperature and low durability of cutters. The article elaborates on the features of cutting process of high strength and super-high strength steel, expounds the common cutter materials and their reasonable selection, and how to reasonably choose the geometric parameters and cutting parameters during reaming, drilling and milling.
