摘　　要： 随着社会经济的发展,只掌握单一的专业知识和技能将无法满足发展变化的需要,所以复合型人才的培养显得尤为重要。高职院校复合型人才的内涵特征、人才需求、培养模式及课程改革等方面都需要积极而深入的探讨,这种探讨将为高职教育的发展提供有益的参考。 With the economic and social development,single professional knowledge and skill can not meet the changing needs of development,it is particularly important to the training compound talent in higher vocational education.The characteristics of the compound talent,training model,and the curriculum reformation,etc,need to be discussed in depth.At the same time this discussion would provide a useful reference for the development of higher vocational education.
