摘 要: 介绍了一种新型的DLC膜制备方法——ECR(电子回旋共振)微波等离子体气相沉积结合磁控溅射的方法。采用该法通过溅射石墨靶和金属钛靶在不锈钢基底上制备了具有Ti/TiN/TiN(N,C)中间层结构的碳薄膜。研究了制备时不同气源流量对薄膜的表面形貌、硬度、摩擦磨损性能、表面能等的影响。 In the paper is introduced DLC film preparation new method of ECR(electron cyclontron resonance) by microwave plasma gas deposition in combination with magnetron sputtering.Carbon films with Ti/TiN/TiN(N,C)intermediate layer were fabricated on stainless steel substrates by sputtering graphite target and Ti target.Study is made on the influence of the gas flowrate on the film surface morphology,hardness,friction and wearing property and surface energy.
