摘　　要： 研究半线性马氏过程的性质，给出其首达时分布，并讨论其局部时存在的条件，特别，局部时位势及局部时的逆均用其特征{a,h(x)}直接描述。 In this paper semilinear Markov processes are investigated. The distributions of their first hitting time are discussed and the conditions of the existence of their local time are given. Moreover, the potentials of their local time and their inverse local time are directly described with their characteristics.
