摘 要: 在实际生产条件下,研究了Mg、Al、Si、Ti、Ni等金属添加剂及Mg-Al、Si-Ai-Ba-Fe等复合金属添加剂对碳结合MgO-C复合耐火制品的抗压、抗折强度的影响。研究结果表明,除Ti、Ni外,其它金属添加剂均能改善制品的力学性能,而且添加金属复合物的增强效果优于添加单一的金属粉。试验中还发现,成型压力对制品力学性能有明显的影响。 Under available production conditions, it is studied that the influence of single metal addition Mg, Al, Si,Ti, Ni and complex metal addition Mg--Al,Si--Al--Ba--Fe on compressive strength and bending strength of carbon--bonded MgO--C compound refractory.
