摘 要: 研究利用低钙石和闪锌尾矿代替粘土煅烧高质量的水泥熟料。通过实验室对生料易烧性实验和DTA分析,并对试验熟料的XRD、早期水化放热和岩相分析,探讨了低钙石和闪锌尾矿的异组分对熟料矿物形成及其结构的影响。研究及生产应用的结果表明:低钙石和闪锌尾矿既可代替粘土,又是一种效果显著的复合矿化剂。可改善生料的易烧性,有利于熟料矿物的形成,增产节能显著。使矿化剂在水泥工业中的应用又有了新的认识与发展。 The possibility of utilizing low calciferous rock and blende tails in the cement industry has been studied.
