摘 要: 针对等离子喷涂逆变器高电压、大电流的特点,重点研究高频变压器的功率增大、反馈控制系统及IGBT模块保护。试验表明:逆变器输出功率能满足等离子喷涂工艺的要求。这项技术对推动等离子喷涂技术的发展具有重要意义。 The plasma spraying inverter is characterized by its demand on high voltage and large current.The paper discusses the way and means to increase the output of the converter.It also treats of the feedback control system and how to protect IGBT modules.The output power of the inverter being able to meet the demand of the plasma spraying process is verified by tests.The proposed techniques are of great importance in promoting the development of the plasma spraying technology.
