摘 要: 建立了整体式螺旋刃球头立铣刀和可转位式球头立铣刀的几何刃线模型。基于自由曲面方程,由矩阵运算得出刃线运动包络面,对球头铣刀加工的表面形貌进行了建模和仿真。结果表明:加工平面时,刀轴摆角的选择对表面形貌影响较大;而加工自由曲面时,刀轴摆角的变化对表面形貌影响不大。 The geometric models of both solid ball-end mill and indexable ball-end mill are constructed. Based on the models and the free-form surface formula, the moving envelope surface of ball-end mill is obtained by means of matrix calculating, the topography is modeled and simulated. The simulation results show that the tilt angle of the tool axis has a remarkable influence on the topography in plane milling, while has a minor influence in free-form surface milling.
