摘　　要： 作为经济全球化的产物之一,全球采购正在成为各企业竞相追逐的又一个利润增长点。加入世贸以来,中国企业也越来越多地参与到全球采购的浪潮之中。文章对中国企业作为供应方参与全球采购的现状进行了总结,同时对其潜在的库存风险、应收账款风险、资本被套牢风险、不完全合同风险和非关税壁垒风险等,进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。 As one result of economic globalization,global sourcing is becoming another point of profit increment,which is chased by all the multinational corporations.And,because of the entering to the WTO,more and more Chinese corporations participate in global sourcing as well.Under such circumstances,this paper will summarize the condition of Chinese corporations' participation as suppliers in global sourcing,analyze the potential risks such as inventory,receivable accounts,capital occupied,incomplete contracts and non-tariff barriers,and provide countermeasures to them.
