摘　　要： 《中华人民共和国政府采购法》的制定和实施,对规范我国政府采购行为发挥了重要作用。但是,随着国际贸易自由化的发展,在WTO框架内推进政府采购自由化,扩大乌拉圭回合达成的《政府采购协定》的成员数量,进一步推进各国政府采购的透明化,将是今后国际贸易发展的热点。然而,把我国的《政府采购法》与《政府采购协议》及国际通行做法相比还存在一些值得商榷的地方。 The institution and inplementing of Government Purchase Law of PRC Play important roles in the standardization of the government purchase act of our country.but,with the development of liberalization of international trade,promoting the liberalization of government purchase in WTO frame,enlarging the member quantity of Government Purchase Agreement reached in Uruguay Round and further promoting the hyalinization of international government purchase will be the hot spots which the international trade develops.However,there still existing some problems derserving to discuss we comparing Government Purchase Law and Government Purchase Agreementwith international practices.
