摘　　要： 从农户兼业化结构分析表明,“离土又离乡”模式是农户兼业化的主要模式,这种模式对于农业经济、对于乡镇企业的可持续发展以及小城镇建设而言,已经弊病凸现,因此,推进农民兼业化模式回归,构成中国社会主义新农村建设的政策导向。 At present, our national countryside constructions have turn into the developed phase of 'industry accelerates the development of agriculture and city accelerates the development of countryside'. At the 16th conference of our Part, the thought of planning the development of the urbanization and countryside construction as a whole, has been brought forwards definitely. Because of the socialistic countryside economy construction rather incarnated as accelerating the development of the countryside urbanization construction, farmers' concurrently industry become the core of management on the labor force in the course of planning the urbanization and countryside development as a whole. And it also plays as an important role during the process of countryside development. Different modes of farmers' concurrently industry have different impacts to the process of countryside urbanization. And the mode of 'leaving the filed, but remaining in the countryside' will be an important method to satisfy the demand on labor force that during the process of countryside urbanization construction.
