摘　　要： 在博客传播过程中,传统意义上守门人的角色不存在,因此博客网站对博客作者发表的文字图片的控制能力较弱,其在博客侵权事件中只起着间接作用。但博客网站应履行提示、监管、协助、权利救济等义务,否则会导致与博客作者共同侵权,因此而承担一定的法律责任。 In Blog communication,the role of traditional gatekeeper does not exist. Therefore blog website has weaker ability to control words and photo which the author of blog published. It only plays an indirect role in blog violations. But blog site should fulfill obligations of suggestion ,supervision, assistance, rights relief etc. Otherwise they will be led jointly to infringement with the blog author, and assume certain liabilities.
